Steven Samuels

Principal

Steven Samuels is a real estate owner, investor, and developer with more than 40 years of experience in the New York region. He graduated from Baruch College with a major in Finance in 1973. From there, his illustrious career in real estate began.

Steven began his career working for various family businesses, which eventually landed him a position at Emmanuel & Co., a Wall Street-based boutique investment banking firm. There, he was responsible for representing the interests of various real estate syndication firms.

Steven began his entrepreneurial journey in 1985, wherein he began to purchase his own buildings and grow his portfolio. This move led Steven to his current, long-established career.

Today, Steven oversees each project from start to finish in anything from retail to mixed-use properties: leasing, financing, and construction management depending on the property. He also sits on the board as the Zoning Commissioner of Atlantic Beach, NY.
